Moving calculator questions
Is the moving calculator a final quote?
No. The calculator gives a rough planning estimate. A final quote depends on the confirmed item list, access, stairs, travel, packing, heavy items, and schedule availability.
When does billing start and stop?
Billing starts when the Ready Relocation crew leaves the shop in Lehi and ends when the crew returns to the shop after the move.
How are movers charged?
Movers are billed at $57.50 per hour per mover. Packing adds $15 per hour per mover on top of the mover rate.
How are stairs and heavy items handled?
Stairs are $50 per flight. Heavy items usually have a $100-$200 surcharge depending on difficulty, with the final amount confirmed on the invoice.
